Zacharias Williams, son of James Williams and wife Mary, was born abt 1700 and died by 17 May 1741. He married Anne Ellett (or Anna Elliott) in Christ Church, Philadelphia, PA on 30 May 1733. Their graves are probably under Sadsbury Quaker Meeting House, near Atglen, PA, from when it was rebuilt after a fire and some graves inadvertently covered:

Zacharias had siblings Amos and James Williams.
Zacharias and Anne had children: Amos, James, and Rachel Williams, born in Sadsbury, Chester Co., PA.
He was a farmer (yoeman), and left a will written 28 July 1739, probated 17 May 1741:

 ZACHARIUS WILLIAMS, Sadsbury. Yeoman. To wife ANNA 1/3 of estate. To sons AMOS and JAMES my plantation I now enjoy, when 21, they paying 10 pounds each to daughter RACHEL WILLIAMS when she is of age. To brother WM. MARSH my saddle. Exec: BROTHER AMOS and wife ANNA. Wit: Henry MARSH, Gravener MARSH, Josiah KERR.

After Zacharius's death, Anna's 2nd husband Thomas Bulla moved into the home, and in time purchased Amos and James' 2/3 of the house.

His son Amos Williams (b. 1734-37) md. Phoebe Allen 17 Mar 1762 at Sadsbury Mo. Mtg. (Quaker), then in Lancaster Co., PA ~ our ancestor who went to VA, to Randolph Co., NC, then to Montgomery Co., VA, then to Jefferson Co., TN, then to Wayne Co., IN with son Allen, where he died abt 1842 age 105.
Amos and his brother James Williams on 21 May 1753 received a patent or grant from THOMAS PENN and RICHARD PENN. Said parcel of land, bordered by land of HENRY MARSH and ISAAC TAYLOR, containing 200 acres plus the usual allowance of 6 acres for roads.
On 4 Mar 1760, in an indenture between AMOS WILLIAMS, cordwainer (a shoemaker, a skilled tradesman), and JAMES WILLIAMS, wheelwright, both of Sadsbury Twp., agreed to sell to THOMAS BULLA for 193 pounds, a tract of land confirmed to them by patent or grant on 21 May 1753, by THOMAS PENN and RICHARD PENN. Said parcel of land, bordered by land of HENRY MARSH and ISAAC TAYLOR, containing 200 acres plus the usual allowance of 6 acres for roads. Their sister Rachel Williams married William Powell, 21 Apr 1754, Sadsbury Mo. Mt., Lancaster, PA.
In 1780, AMOS WILLIAMS was on a list of Quakers and Tories in Montgomery Co., VA. So was a William Williams.
